As per the Notification dtd 10.06.2025 of Co-operation Department, Government of Gujarat, Gandhinagar an amendment has been made in Gujarat Co-operative Societies Rules, 1965 by inserting a new rule 140A whereby "The Housing or Housing Service Co-operative society, subject to the provisions of the bye laws shall not collect transfer fee more than the rate exceeding 0.5 percent of consideration value of the transferred property or one lakh rupees whichever is less." ગુજરાત સરકારના સહકારી વિભાગના તા. ૧૦.૦૬.૨૦૨૫ ના જાહેરનામાં મુજબ ગુજરાત સહકારી મંડળી નિયમો ૧૯૬૫ માં ફેરફાર કરી કલમ ૧૪૦એ ઉમેરવામાં આવેલ છે જે મુજબ કોઈપણ ઘરેલું સહકારી મંડળી, પેટા નિયમોને આધીન, અવેજના ૦.૫% અથવા એક લાખ જે ઓછા હોય તે મુજબ ટ્રાન્સફર ફી લઇ શકશે. તમે ગુજરાત ઘરેલું સહકારી મંડળીના ટ્રાન્સફર ફી નિયમો ની પી.ડી.એફ. નીચેની લીંક માંથી ડાઉનલોડ કરી શકો છો.
