No Registration fee for women purchasing property in Gujarat

As per the Notification dtd 11.06.2004 of Revenue Department, Government of Gujarat, no registration fees are payable if women is the sole owner of the property.

મેહસુલ વિભાગ, ગુજરાત સરકારનાના તા. ૧૧.૦૬.૨૦૦૪ ના જાહેરનામા મુજબ ગુજરાત રાજ્યમાં જોઈ કોઈ સ્ત્રી કોઈ મિલકત ખરીદે તો તેને રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફી ભરવા પાત્ર નથી.
