Dear Advocates,
My wife has filed a contested divorce against me. But I am also willing for a divorce, what can I do.
Please reply fast...

Just to talk your wife or her advocate or the Judge that you are also willing for a divorce. Withdraw the contested divorce case and file for a mutual divorce under section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act.
