My brother not ready to sell the land after my father's death

Respected Sir/Madam,

After the death of my father, me and my brother are the legal heirs. My father has around 100 vigha of agricultural land. I want to sell it, but my brother not agreeing to sell it. Is there anything that I can do in this matter?

No reason for worry. You can file a partition suit. Court will order for partition. After that you can sell your portion of the land.
