As per the Resolution dtd 12.10.2015 of Government of Gujarat, Gandhinagar an amendment true copy and affidavit is not required for the documents notified in the order. You can download the pdf of the resolution of Gujarat Government from the below link.
ગુજરાત સરકારના,ગાંધીનગર ના તા. ૧૨.૧૦.૨૦૧૫ ના ઠરાવ મુજબ ખરી નકલ અને સોગંદનામું જણાવેલ દસ્તાવેજો માટે ફરજીયાત નથી. તમે ગુજરાત સરકારના ઠરાવની પી.ડી.એફ. નીચેની લીંક માંથી ડાઉનલોડ કરી શકો છો.
