Copyright of Image

Dear Forum,

Will there be a copyright violation of a copyrighted image, if I make significant changes in it and than use the same for my purpose?

Please reply urgently.

If you work upon the same and use it after significant changes than no copyright is being violated (taking idea from image). But since it is a sensitive matter, please make sure to show me the images before using the same.
